I always start my works with an action. An action that usually disrupts a situation, This moment of rupture triggers a chain of events that otherwise will not happen. I follow this method intuitively, this put me in a position in which my body perceives in a certain way that makes my senses aware of certain things which I am not aware in a static situation. In the Notes piece by writing a reflective thought, that of Bruce Nauman's, I am exploring the experience itself.
